By accessing this URL and each of its pages, you declare that you have read and understood the general terms and acknowledge and accept the terms of use mentioned below, without limitation or reservation. Lead-kings may revise these terms of use at any time by updating this page, which revisions will apply to all visitors to the URL. You should visit this page from time to time to review the terms of use. For these terms of use, references to Lead-kings include its affiliates, directors, and employees.

Partner lenders may, at their discretion, decide to refuse a loan application. By accessing and using this URL or our platform, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that neither the name of the URL nor the advertising of our affiliates automatically guarantees your approval or access to a loan.
DEFINITIONS
Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions apply throughout the Agreement:
- « Agreement » refers to this document and may be used interchangeably with « general terms » or « general terms of use ».
- « Lead-kings », « we », « our », « us » refer to Lead-kings and its parent company, 14661940 Canada Inc., including any direct or indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities.
- « You », « your », and « yours » refer to each visitor to the Lead-kings URL, each authorized person with an interest in a Lead-kings account, and each person signing an application or other enforceable document concerning this account.
- « Authorized Person » means any person with an interest in a particular Lead-kings account or authorized to conduct transactions in that account.
- « Lead-kings URL » refers to any online property owned or operated by Lead-kings.
- « Computer » refers to your computer, system, mobile device, or any other technology used to access the Lead-kings URL.
- « Online Services » refers to the digital platform provided by Lead-kings, including (but not limited to) the ability to: submit a loan application; review balances and account information; obtain certain details concerning transactions; download data; update information; view statements; or set up preauthorized payments.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The Services encompass the information, documents, content, communications, features, products, Online Services, transactions, and transaction terms provided or accessible through the Lead-kings URL. These Services are governed by, and their use is restricted by, this Agreement and any other agreement applicable to you. Subject to these terms, you may use the Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new feature, service, or product introduced by Lead-kings will be subject to these terms of use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to use the Services.
IDENTIFICATION
You have no obligation to identify yourself unless you are accessing Online Services or engaging with the online chat tool.
USER ACCOUNT
When registering to access Online Services, you must create a User Account:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, email, and password.
- You must immediately notify Lead-kings of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
- Lead-kings shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
ONLINE CHAT
Lead-kings may request identifying information when using the chat tool, including your name and case number, to verify identity. Lead-kings shall not be held liable for damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the chat tool.
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Lead-kings primarily via email. You acknowledge the risks of email transmission, including possible disclosure of personal information. Lead-kings disclaims liability for damages arising from communications by email.
USE OF CONTENT
All Content included in the Services is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Content in any form without prior written authorization. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code;
- Disrupting or obstructing Services or connected networks;
- Violating laws or regulations;
- Collecting or misusing personal data of other users;
- Exploiting Services for commercial purposes without authorization.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, URL, and Software are proprietary to Lead-kings. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works without express authorization. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and/or legal action.
ROLE OF LEAD-KINGS
Lead-kings operates solely as a referral and comparison platform. Lead-kings is not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. All financial products are offered by independent third-party providers. Lead-kings is not a party to any loan agreement between you and a third party.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party URLs. Lead-kings is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or reliability of such external sites or resources. Any reliance on third-party content is at your sole risk.
SALES AND AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Lead-kings may sell products and/or services via its URL and may also promote third-party products or services. Lead-kings may receive compensation from third-party lenders or partners when users are referred. Such compensation may influence display order but does not compromise transparency.
Lead-kings disclaims liability for the acts or omissions of third parties, including affiliates and lenders.
LENDER DISCLAIMER
- Lead-kings is not a lender, broker, or advisor.
- Loan offers and approvals are made exclusively at the discretion of third-party lenders.
- Lead-kings does not guarantee approval, favorable terms, or any outcome of an application.
- Disputes regarding loans must be resolved directly with the lender.
PRE-QUALIFICATION
Any pre-qualification provided is preliminary and not binding. Final approval may require a hard credit check and additional review.
NO RELIANCE
All tools, calculators, and content on the Lead-kings URL are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
WARRANTIES
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lead-kings makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lead-kings shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

MODIFICATION

Lead-kings may terminate your access to Services, User Account, or URL at any time, with or without notice. Lead-kings shall not be liable for damages resulting from such termination.
ASSIGNMENT
Lead-kings may assign or delegate its rights or obligations under this Agreement. You may not assign your rights without prior consent.
WAIVER
Failure by Lead-kings to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Québec. Any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead-kings, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Lead-kings concerning use of the URL. It supersedes any prior agreements. Additional terms may apply to specific Services or third-party offerings.
